Developed by ManagEnergy, an initiative of the EC Directorate General for Energy and Transport, KidsCorner provides a wealth of resources in 22 languages for teachers and pupils on climate change, solar energy, wind and hydro power, biofuels, sustainable transport, energy saving and citizenship.

For children age 6-11 there is an interactive interface, animations, a photo gallery, downloads to colour or paint, fun games, and lots of web links.
For children aged 12-16 there are information pages (designed for pupils in all subject areas) with plenty of photos and great ideas for energy saving, a free e-postcard service, links to loads of online videos and energy games, and a photography competition.
For teachers there are over 300 Web links to energy education websites with a wealth of free online resources including lesson plans, energy management guides, animations, videos and photos, CO2 and 'footprint' calculators, activities, experiments, places to visit, and much more. The site also includes a 'Bright Ideas' section on inspiring activities that teachers can easily employ to develop children's enthusiasm for sustainable energy.
